Since the Spin, company going downhill

Pros

Great benefits, fair pay, flexible work environment

Cons

Company is bleeding money since the spin off from Zimmer Biomet. Lost such great talent through voluntary resignations and position eliminations! Yet others are promoted and given raises. All the new bosses from ZimVie brought their buddies with them and provided fancy jobs & pay.

Wonderful peers who want to better the business

Cons

Executive leadership is not creating a destination workplace. Way too many priorities with the ELT only concerned about building a C-Suite as opposed to supporting the people.

Good work/life, very bad leadership

Pros

Good work life balance, pay, time off and health insurance. Worked with good people too.

Cons

I went through 4-5 direct supervisors and 4-5 supervisors above my direct supervisor. When you go through that much change in management in a few years it's chaos. Leadership does not give the managers enough time to try to turn around the mess they created. I would say look elsewhere for a job if you can, especially if you are a manager.
