      -Guaranteed monthly salaries -medical aid for only their employees and not ther beneficiaries -shuttles are provided for which you still pay for

      Cons

      -No career growth and salaries are fixed. Unfair labour practices. If you take sick leave they will deduct from your salary. - if you do not come to work on a national holiday they will deduct the money from your salary -Constant threats of being fired - Employees concerns arent heard - No bonus
