      Pros

      Smart people, they pay quite well for a small place and they have some good customers. 5 days leave for training with a decent sized training budget for every year for each consultant

      Cons

      If you arent performing they may start micro managing

      BYOD, that means you can get your own mac and configure it as you wish.

      Cons

      It's a rapidly growing company due to the high quality of its work and reputation. So it suffers from typical growing pains such as transitioning from ad hoc to explicit processes. On-boarding processes could be improved so new employees can easily hit the ground running.
