      No pros at all. The company is annoying.

      Cons

      The company is always greedy for money and if you don't give them two or one month notice they deduct the whole salary from you. the baddest and stressful place to work. The Company management will always favour employees which comes from their connections. And they don't have any privacy of the employees such as; they would tell the whole company and outsiders about peoples personal life and ruin their reputations. They don't have any kind of work policies and they do what they want. Also, no work-life balance and no any discipline. Please don't join the company even if you dont have a job. They also give less salaries and lies about outsourcing.

      Good.,A good place to grow with new technology and maintain work life balance. I worked here for nearly 5years starting as a Software Engineer and later becoming a Senior Software Engineer. The company is moving in a good direction, especially with the use of AI in projects.
