      Pros

      Good location. Decent pay for the work. But working with clueless management is not worth the stress.

      Cons

      Horrible, essentially non existent training. New systems are rolled out with zero training. More than once I was told, "You'll figure it out." Reps hang up on calls or put them on permahold, with no consequences. Office staff harass employees.

      This organization has so much potential

      Cons

      There are not enough associates to do the work no matter how much you beg and plead for more help. It never happens. Eventually a regulatory agency is going to come in and they're going to see what is going on with the company. There is no work-life balance and no one listens

      Pros

      I genuinely enjoyed my time working at Zing Health and am grateful for the experience. One of the biggest highlights for me was working with some of the fantastic managers, including mine who was supportive, thoughtful, and truly invested in the team’s success. I also had the chance to work alongside coworkers who were collaborative, talented, and friendly. (note: I rated Senior management as a 4 star. I wish there was a rating for only my manager because they would have been given a 5 star.)

      Cons

      As with many new companies, Zing Health is experiencing some growing pains. The overall direction of the company was sometimes fuzzy. Zing has a lot of potential.
