      Working here provides job security. All the members of the team have been here for years.

      Cons

      We do hybrid work, with 2 days in the office, which is ideal for most, but I would prefer to be fully remote.

      Work flexibility, DE&I friendly, small team

      Cons

      VERY low pay, no room for advancement,- Owned by large french company that owns a bunch of other small recruiting firms. They say they are all about employee health and well being. But truly only interested in SALES. Not a positive CEO at all.
