Pros
1.you will learn here and anuraag will guide you regarding projecg how to deal. 2.If project is there you will have work.otherwise they will fire you with one month notice.I am one of them. 2.Good leave policy.Company will understand your emergency and all.
Cons
1.Poor politics in team.Team lead has no power to stand for right things. 2.Some of the employee having all excess regarding salary,leave,and other activities .In my opinion it should be managed by upper management ,HR & finance department.Some of them taken office as granted .they are doing what they want in office not maintaining office decoram. 3.some of employees are just flatters nd fill the ears.they only paid for this .
