When over half of the reviews for this business are terrible, trust your better instincts. I read the reviews about this “place of work” prior to a position, but I approached their offer with optimism. That was a mistake. Some people who have left reviews have described this company as manipulative, I would call the leadership at this company completely parasitic. They have an outwardly disposable attitude when it comes to their employees. They in no way operate from an ethical or good faith business model for employees or their clients. They will not tell you about the nepotism and bully culture that exists within the company until you show up and everyone is related. You will certainly not be a good fit here if you possess any amount of personal or professional integrity whatsoever. Expect that if you don’t enjoy talking negatively about other employees, that you do not matter to them one bit. On Techcrunch.com, this company is not even rated in the top 200,000 of similar technology companies...that’s not exactly an investors dream. “Leadership” will contradict their own advising on a regular basis and will obviously feel empowered to do so because of the company incest. If they have a down sales month, completely based off of their own lack of service and nothing to do with your position, your “job” will be liable. They have no direction, and the upward trajectory they talk to you about in the interview literally just translates to “We want to try you on, utilize the skills you have and we don’t have, and then dismiss you once we’ve exploited you as a temporary resource, especially once you’ve done the legwork for anything resembling innovation here, and by the way for them, that’s just catching up to what their peers are already doing. Do not leave something stable expecting you’ll find that here.
