Great People and Flexibility, But Compensation and Employee Benefits Need Improvement
Pros
1. Very good work culture with supportive and approachable people across teams. 2. The company provides a high level of flexibility, allowing employees to manage their work effectively while maintaining a good work-life balance. 3. The workload is generally well balanced. While there are some busy periods but most of the time the workload remains manageable and does not create unnecessary pressure. 4. Team members and management regularly acknowledge contributions, which creates a positive and motivating work environment. Overall, it is a comfortable place to work, with a collaborative culture, good flexibility, supportive colleagues, and opportunities to learn and grow professionally.
Cons
1. Compensation is generally on the lower side when compared to market standards, especially for experienced professionals. 2. Salary hikes are usually modest and tend to remain in single-digit or low double-digit percentages. Hence, salary growth is slow. 3. At times, there appears to be a lack of clarity in long-term planning and decision-making. This can occasionally lead to changes in priorities or uncertainty around the direction of certain initiatives. 4. The company does not offer many additional benefits or perks beyond the standard salary package and lunch. Nothing for employees who value extra benefits, allowances, wellness programs, or other non-monetary. While the work environment and culture are positive, compensation growth and employee benefits are areas for improvement.
