Remote opportunity was there, pay structure seemed promising, team vision seemed to be there

None of the above were true. No coaching. Management change was constant. Vision and execution were anything but successful. Pay was awful, benefits are borderline non-existent and abysmal (less expensive to get benefits due to employer not offering them), management was atrocious. Enjoy working there for 3mo and getting let go for no reason.
