Great place to work with strong support across teams. I’ve really enjoyed my time as an Engineering Manager here — lots of ownership, opportunities to grow, and the chance to make a real impact. The people are what make it.

Pros

Good work life balance. Approachable senior managers and leaders. Good culture and extremely friendly office, probably the best I've ever worked in. There's no big personalities or office politics. Salary range is good for outside Dublin. Great learning opportunities from others and upskilling for new projects. Personal development and education is actively encouraged and facilitated. Access to newer tools and technologies. Transparent recruitment process.

Cons

Basic benefits. Requirements day to day could change quickly due to clients needs.
