      Pros

      It's a very good company that fosters an excellent work environment based on mutual trust among colleagues. You learn a great deal and constantly, which is ideal for technical growth. There is a strong sense of collaboration.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, there is no clear career path, making it difficult to visualize long-term growth within the company. Salary increases are almost non-existent or very insignificant. Sometimes promises are made that are not fulfilled, and employees are expected to understand the company's needs, but the same understanding towards employees' needs and expectations is not always perceived.

      We had a great team, the overall interaction with everyone in the company was very smooth

      I never had the feeling of making things work fast, but rather develop really complex solutions that would never be ready because of its own complexity
