      -Fast paced environment -Flat organization (opinions are requested/valued, etc.) -Friendly/casual communication. -Career opportunity, growing company/client base. Increased responsibility, bonuses/raises. -Interesting project work

      -Fast paced makes work feel chaotic at times. -Project oriented work can be difficult to organize/prioritize at times.

      -Great opportunity to learn new things, industry verities. - Opportunity to communicate with industry leaders worldwide, knowledge of hot topics in the investment sector (only basic though). A good platform for freshers for a year or so. -Supportive management
