Pros
Easy environment for engineer. You can leave the office on time and won't have too much pressure as long as you're not working on urgent project. Have some work life balance, according to your dept or position.
Cons
1. Salary is not competitive, very little raise per year. 2. Poor product management 3. Top management not insightful 4. Too many restriction to engineer

People are nice and honest.
Cons
RD doesn't have good communication skill nor speak English. The heads smoke in the meeting rooms.
