      Pros

      Innovative platform, design and built by some really smart people. Opportunities to learn all the time.

      Cons

      Tied to the restaurant industry. never explored other verticals: will now face extinction. also: it's become a collection of corporate fiefdoms with all the political infighting dragging down morale and productivity

      Easy atmosphere, flexible. Still some smart people left.

      Cons

      No growth, promotion, or salary increases in sight. Have equity in the company, but it's worth zero. New CEO, other C-level execs, and mid-level managers still haven't adequately communicated a cohesive vision for the future, and things like quarterly updates and transparency have all but vanished. In this vacuum, gossip, rumor, and speculation flourish. Pessimistic about their future. Only a few of the original employees remain. Most of the good ones left.

      Discriminatory & Illegal Employment Practices

      Pros

      Seems like a great company with good people. Friendly until you get in the door.

      Cons

      Not a good company to work for. They operate illegally with regard to hiring and employment practices. Current charges against them for EEOC violations. Lots of discord among employees. Difficult to make decisions.
