All team members are valued and opinions and ideas are listened to! A flat structure with good communication between departments allows for quick decisions to be made. Huge opportunity to learn about all aspects of the business if you apply yourself. Given lots of autonomy which requires focus, drive and a willingness to learn, this allows you to own your projects and be rewarded for your efforts! Collaborative environment encourages knowledge sharing across the board. Huge growth opportunities. Make a difference, you will not be a small cog here! Everybody's actions contribute to the business' success.
Cons
Certainly not a con. but something to note. To achieve great things we must be completely committed. Be prepared to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in! We work in a fast paced environment to deliver the best experience for our customers.
