Pros

- Company culture is positive. - Working closely with upper management had you feeling you are a part of bigger things. - Work schedule — 4x10 with Fridays off (for this department) was an added bonus. - Coffee, sparkling water, and vending machines on-site, and close proximity to restaurants. - Almost monthly celebrations of some sort; honoring employees, holiday parties, etc. - Compensated very generously, and truly felt I could grow within position. - Worked with a variety of departments to gain knowledge I didn't think I had access to. - Within own department, worked with talented individuals who mentored to learn a new skill set. I am writing this review more than a year after working here, as I have yet to work with a company or management that was as positive and worthwhile as Zippertubing.

Cons

I only left due to moving — I would love to work here again.

Pros

Working here is like a dream come true. I've only been at the company for a few months, but since I've started I've learned so much! The company culture is amazing. They really take initiative to show their employees that they care about them as people. They have a true work-life balance and give so much back to the employees. The workload is heavy simply because the company is thriving and continuously growing, but they do their best to compensate you and make sure you are taken care of and that your work doesn't go unnoticed no matter how big or small the accomplishment is. The benefits are awesome! I worked for one other company in AZ that professed that they had the best benefits in AZ, which of course were proven to be false because the benefits they offer here are much better. This company continuously thrives to share with us and give us the best life in and outside of work. They invest in their workers. They treat everyone with the same respect at least from what I can tell. Everyone seems happy to be here and do their job. I've met many of the employees that have been here for years because they are recognized for their work, they are appreciated and they are awarded. That alone will help anyone have a great attitude about coming to work every day. It stems from the head. The owners are amazing people who treat us like family, not just saying it because it sounds good like most companies do, but they actually care.

Cons

There are NONE! I honestly can't think of one thing. I've grown continuously. They constantly check on me to make sure I'm not overwhelmed. They have great benefits and continue to add more. Great hours!! Great incentives. I could go on. It's truly an amazing place to work. It's simple, show up on time and do your job (just as any company would expect) but instead of ridiculing you where you may fall or fail they take the time to help you to grow and give you as many chances as they can reasonably, to help and allow you to get it right, so that you can effectively do your job.

Pros

The time off was incredible. The owner Sean Plummer makes a real effort to take care of his employees. He gave us 10 days off during the holidays. The whole Chandler Team went to Star Wars as a team during work hours.

Cons

My commute was about 40 miles
