      If we work exhausting hours, management will still blame us for everything!

      A little support from coworkers. That was the only thing helping people survive this place.

      Cons

      Brutally long hours. And if we ended up working beyond the hours we were supposed to, management would still blame us and act like we were too incompetent to finish the job on time. Meanwhile, overtime pay somehow never existed.

      None. Honestly, I regret taking this position so much!

      Cons

      This position is nothing but a mere title. We merely follow orders and servants of those who have the real authority, carry their orders, and couldn't do anything good for our team. This job takes heavier responsibilities, bigger problems but the salary doesn't make much difference from agents only way more stress!
