      The staff is awesome. I've learned a lot of great development skills. They architecture team is fantastic

      Cons

      The CEO can never make his mind up about what we should be creating. He is always changing things after we work on them for weeks. It's never what he wants because he has a dream or talks to one person and changes the direction of the company. If we could just develop one product and stick to it the employees might be happier. My tech leadership is not great either. It seems as if they have no idea how to develop a product.

      Employees are empowered to execute business objectives defined by the leadership team, and are held accountable to meeting said objectives.

      Cons

      Competing business and client objectives can sometimes lead to chaotic moments, but this is sometimes expected at a startup company.
