Absolutely everything. Work Location is Pathetic. There is nothing literally nothing around. There's no cafeteria also. The management is a husband and wife (I wouldn't have joined if I knew that) and they both join hands and treat employees like crap. They hire and fire no reason They never tell you what to do. They just expect you to read minds. They don't have any clients. They specifically made me feel like I'm worthless. I have no skills. I should just jump of this building and die. They spoke sooo much about what a bad employee I am. I was very upset and quit the job. NOW, I'm getting best employee award in an MNC. I guess they don't recognize talent because they don't need one. Even if you're offered your desired job with a good salary here, DO NOT JOIN. Anybody in this world could do much better than work here and especially work for this highly unprofessional management. FYI: The 5 star ratings below are absolutely FAKE.

There are whole lots of cons to be mentioned starting with the management . you wont have any job security here i mean literally . unpredictable employers what ever you do the manager wont be satisfied and for the record there is only 3 people who are running this company as a management and all are related to each other . i would tell people to stay away form this company by whole your are not worthy employees to them they would kick you out for all lofty reason . if they don't like you then you are fired. If you don't come up to there expectations then for sure your fired . they would make you fell as if you are not worthy enough to work here . They would make you work like a cow but wont give you any recognition for your hard that you put in to your project. if you ask them for hike then its better you pack your stuff because you wont be staying long here . they would persuade you to believe that you are not fit to stay here as your skills are not enough and better you would learn and then they will tell you that your position is still open and you can come when ever you want after you are proficient in your skills but the truth is you are fired that is what they mean . for freshers please don't join this company if you do you are just cheap labour to them . you wont learn anything at all if do work here its better you keep your reserve ready because you wont be hanging around for long ether you would be fired for no apparent reason or you would resign by your self for the sear pressure that you undergo
