I had a great time working with a few colleagues.

Cons

Very toxic company with a lot of incompetent folks in the management suite. I would avoid everyone who wants to make a ''difference'' to join this company. Oh, and by the way. They tried to scam me as well after I wanted to leave the company. If you want to work for a very very toxic environment. This is the right place!

Low salary compare to market, very toxic environment, you can't say you don't know even if you don't know, Senior developers are arrogant and quite judgmental, top management depends on bi-weekly feedback from senior developers . alot of 1-1 meeting which lead to pressure, point blame culture

Many friendly teammates, location is convenient, product is good

Zivver has big stated ambitions for international growth but in practice the company is run like a small close minded Dutch company only for Dutch clients. Management is extremely risk adverse and ends up always deciding against anything that isn't 100% known and certain. Being hesitant and scared isn't going to serve you well when you're going up against major tech companies that will eat you up and throw you out without caring. If they don't change paths they will end up exactly what they are now, a small niche company for the Dutch market.
