Pros

There are attempts to create a positive atmosphere through activities and scheduling, but in practice they do not significantly reduce the high workload or stress levels.

Cons

I would advise candidates to look beyond overly positive online reviews and consider employee experiences carefully. In my personal experience, the work environment in certain departments, especially sales operations, was very challenging. Management communication and leadership style in that area often felt unstructured and unprofessional, which affected team morale and performance. In particular, interactions within sales operations management — including with the Sales Operations Manager in the Dubai office — were, in my experience, difficult and not handled in a respectful or supportive manner, which contributed to a stressful working environment. There also appeared to be frequent restructuring and layoffs with limited communication or long-term stability, which created uncertainty among employees. Additionally, promotion and internal advancement often did not feel strictly performance-based, and there was a perception among staff that favoritism influenced career progression in some cases. Overall, while externally the company may present a positive image, my personal experience was that several internal departments operated under high pressure and inconsistent management practices.
