      Pros

      Company operates in a exciting space that is fast evolving so it presents very interesting projects to work on.

      Cons

      People at Zluri have to be very motivated and pretty much just live and build their life around Zluri. Employees have to feel like it's their company. The problem is that the company doesn't view it's employees as family, they chew you up and spit you out to the side the moment some new ideas spring up or they find some other exciting prospect. Don't waste your time and efforts, it's better spent where the feeling of oneness and ownership is reciprocal. Else don't expect the employee to devote all their time n space to you.
