      Pros

      Zmanda is a good place to work. Lot of learning. There is no beurocracy. Everyone, including top management, is very accessible.

      Open Source can be a rich, vibrant community to work with.

      Cons

      Very engineering heavy organization. For as many engineers that they have available, software development is slow, buggy, and without direction.
