Pros
This company has absolutely made all of my dreams come true. My only one dream and goal in life was to become a Software Engineer and they have made this happen and they have made all of my dreams come true, therefore. I have the BEST manager in the world. And everybody else here is also just so lovely too. I also want to add that as an employee with ADHD/ who is neurodivergent (reveals my identity but the job title gave it away anyway), I have felt fully supported and accepted here at every step of the way. My manager, my team, and even C-suite officers have bent over backwards to accommodate me. My manager provides me with so much structure and my team do everything they can to support me. Even the CEO is aware of it and he is very kind and supportive and makes me feel very welcome in the company. Exciting all the time. Welcoming. Accepting. And so supportive. And they have made all of my dreams come true. It doesn't get much better than this.
Cons
One day if I have to leave/if my colleagues have to leave then it will be VERY HARD to say goodbye to them (because they are all so lovely). The hours can be a little bit long sometimes - fortunately, because I love what I do, that makes it so much easier. I know that we are all so passionate about what we do so that makes it easier for us and the compensation is great so it recognises our hard work. The pace is high but that makes it EXCITING!
