Positive toxicity, Poor communication between functions, Lack of respect to individuals, No coaching, Lack of career paths, Company run by Finance team constantly looking to strip cost out. Poor management decisions, No country leadership engagement through the business (all superficial).

Innovative pipeline with exciting products, strong brand among customers, well organised and excellent administrative resources, some really great colleagues, excellent structured working cycles, flexible work life balance, excellent entry level experience of a major company for the next career move

Cons

Highly politically driven especially if trying to change roles or get promoted, promotions not necessarily based on merit, disconnect between senior management and frontline staff, couldn't really ever understand or know what the CEO is trying to inspire at townhall meetings, strong brown-nosing culture, not collaborative culture as more competitive than collaborative (not in a good way)

Only 1 college who cared about training new staff. So no real pros with this company as said person resigned

Cons

Was forced in to resignation after returning from a month in a mental health ward. Also forced me to sign paper work when they knew I wasn't of sound mind. Tried to kill myself as Loz spoke me to me like I was faking and brushed off my claims or poor mental health
