That is because the CEO spends his entire day on Facebook and Instagram trying to look like an industry leader while ignoring the basic functionalities of business. Most employees are given the title of "manager" to avoid paying overtime whether they are a manger or not. There's lot of stress and pressure to hit unrealistic sales goals. High turnover.

Smoke and mirrors galore at Zogics, illusion of good benefits, unrestricted time off policy meant no one felt comfortable taking time off, pressure to work excessive hours as the norm. Turnover is extremely high due to management issues, unrealistic expectations and unnecessary pressure.
