      Pros

      Joined zolar at the beginning of the year and have been impressed by the company overall. A great team to be part of. Some very smart, competent and dedicated people that want to make a positive impact. Company-principles driven, supportive and welcoming culture. A lot of opportunities for contribution, learning and development.

      Cons

      Some typical scale-up growth pains.

      Pros

      - Great values - Great people - No longer a start up but rather a scale up environment, which means it's fast paced and demands are high. However, this means your learning is also accelerated.

      Cons

      - There are some key processes missing but these are being worked on and i'm confident that these will be implemented soon.

      Pros

      It is not like I would plant trees to save the world but from all previous ecommerce jobs this is one where we just not sell goods but things to help with green energy. Teamwork is great, currently I am working on new project in smaller team so we use up-to-date technologies.

      Cons

      Currently none as I am quite new here. There is quite big amount of feedback forms as company tries to make sure that it is on correct path with management. I guess somebody could see this as cons as it is distracting you from developing software :)
