I didn't see any pros in this company

Cons

1. They are not professional and ask us to be professional 2. They don't value for der employees 3. While hiring dey will say something and once yu satrt working dey say something else 4. Every one is leaving that company coz of der behaviour 5. Dey force der employees to give the good review on galssdoor and der app on play store

Pros

I worked at Zolo for 1.4 years and my overall experience was incredible. This being my first job, I was really nervous and wasn't sure what exactly needed to be done for the first 2 months. However, the seniors and most importantly, the co-founders were welcoming and helped me ease into the team. The main pros at Zolo stays for me were: - Small teams. - Lots of work to do and learn. - Supportive peers. - Experienced Co-founders who are great at understanding our requirements. - Decent hikes, early & joining bonuses.

Cons

I don't like to call it a con but having to work on weekends can be physically and emotionally tiring sometimes. Thankfully, just 2 months before I left zolo stays, the management implemented off on alternate Saturdays. Team outing every 1-2 months would have been cool too.

Zolo Stays, Growth, Pains, And Reward!!

Pros

Best Reasons to Work for Zolo: Early Stage Start-Up. Yet to take off big time. I feel - it can. Although, don't care much, I'm at a different place. Now when I look back, I feel that I did really learn a lot of things there. While working, I didn't really feel that I'm gaining much. Now, when I compare myself with peers or even my seniors - I feel that I have done so many different things and know so much + my approach to problem solving is much better.

Cons

Downsides of Working at Zolo: Forget work life balance. Your work is life and Life is Work - which I see that most people enjoy there. I'm not one of them. So, it didn't work for me very well. But no grudges, as I got a decent hike. As far as I know, almost everyone who left got a very good hike as the skill upgrade is huge. Couple of people started their own companies too!
