      Pros

      Zoltek Pays well; Medical services are excellent, when you get sick they tray to help you to get well

      Cons

      Before hiring you in Zoltek, staff promise you there will be many opportunities for professional growth, however upon entering you realize that Zoltek is a company that lacks training and your work only involves sacrifice of time and effort, often useless because there is no good planning of work programs Zoltek abuses of his new staff doing them work in schedules more than to 12 hours per day and often without weekly rest which makes high staff rotation. The Carbon Lines are full HCN Smoke, you have to breath it constantly

      Zero accountability or expectations; able to spend ample time on rental properties, writing, or other side projects.

      Cons

      The procedures for utilizing the health insurance are Mensa qualifying exercises. Corporate culture that people are fodder. Inexperienced leadership. Total absence of operations and human resources leadership.

      They know how to make attractive promises pre employment. Unfortunately, it is all fluff.

      Cons

      Zoltek's leadership follows trends and buzzwords; a true sign they lack the ability to create and execute business strategies of their own. I was hired to implement some lean manufacturing processes -- VP level management would market my work as their own which I didn't really mind. However, they would take over my projects, severely bloat the cost of initiatives, and ultimately fail at achieving implementation; the kicker is they'd blame me for their mismanagement. I have a proven career track record of achieving results / Zoltek has a proven track record of mediocre performance, sad leadership, and poor treatment of its stakeholders -- especially employees. Don't make a career mistake of associating with this organization.
