Lack of field training for outside sales representatives outside of California. Lack of weekly sales rep accountability to keep sales on target.

They are a small company and have been in business offering direct mail to car dealers for 15+ years, with a pretty good reputation, which is why I joined.
Cons
Since the time they started offering other products and services on a national level, they have gone beyond their experience. This is obvious when their sales and marketing direction changes on a week to week basis. If you are looking for a full service automotive marketing company with a proven track record and great leadership you might want to look at other opportunities before investing your time and energy here.
