Pros
Loving working with customers and solving their problems that day.. Not having constant supervision. Looked doing warranty work. Talking with local vendors to get parts and save a customer from the heat in middle of summer or in the winter time do they don’t freeze to death.
Cons
No room for advancement , upper management would cuss at you and yell to get their point across. No respect for any employees.
