Friendly coworkers; managers try their best to help support you. Diverse list of duties ensure you will learn a lot initially and wear a lot of hats.

Cons

No room for growth. Quiet hiring practices increase workload without any additional salary increases. Poor benefits - expensive, low-end healthcare; no 401K employer matching; no bonuses other than to national sales executives; no profit sharing. Expect to give a lot of free unpaid overtime. Every few years, there is a major layoff, sometimes laying off entire departments.
