      1) improving every day, especially in terms of robustness, monitoring, and clustering. 2) Uses new technology, there is always something new to learn. 3) Focused on the customer with awesome dedicated in house support. 4) The CEO is genuinely cares and invests a lot of his free time in the company. 5) Fun holiday parties, Tea, snakes. Cons Many of my cons have been addressed since working here. There was some growing pains in the past but now the company is much more learn and focused than it ever has been.
