Pros
I’ve been with Zoomdata for almost two years, and as with any start-up, issues can arise. There’s always going to be growing pains, but on the flip-side, I’ve never worked for a start-up that’s allowed for me to have a true work-life balance, creative freedom and opporunity to learn beyond my skill set (aka not from doing mundane work).
Changes in staff and management have brought about a new air to the organization.
This has brought about more transparency and very defined goals. Essentially, aligning the organization to better reach the next level.
New VP of Sales is kick-ass! Total go-getter, not a talker.
If you’re a problem solver, want room to grow and hold yourself accountable to achieving goals, and want to make money, this is the place for you.
Cons
If you’re not prepared for a few bumps in the road or some chaos, this isn’t the place for you. You need to be prepared to let the lows go and focus on achieving the higher objectives. Be a problem solver and you’ll succeed and be able to make a real difference.
