      Happy hours are fun. Easy workload. Hybrid model.

      Cons

      To fully enjoy working for this company you have to be in the "in squad" if you are not you will feel left out and not have as many growth opportunities. The CEO and CFO use favoritism and it shows. There is not that much room for growth. The managers could be better at communication. They do not deal with conflict professionally at all.

      Nothing. Maybe the office location - great bars/restaurants around.

      The feel of the company was a very toxic. All associates were either interns or fresh out of college young professionals, constantly talked down, patronized by the management. Being an open space environment, I witnessed numerous times what sounded like phone interviews conducted by the CIO, followed by inappropriate commentaries, derogatory slurs and aggressive tone. It was a very heavy work environment, where you felt pressured to agree with everything the management ordered, with no voice of your own. Happy not to work there.
