The best thing about this is some good people work here. This does not include management who are total amateurs. Best thing about it is the location

Cons

This list is very long. No idea how to treat staff. Not considerate managers. No chance of promotion. Senior management strange attitude and not helpful. Every worker is just an island with little or no support. Always whispering in the office between middle-management and other tea always make you feel uncomfortable and paranoid. Feels like job for one month only with a huge staff turnover but not really caring. Advised to stay away from this place.

There's always someone to talk to, whether you need advice on a project, guidance for career development, or simply a friendly ear to listen. This sense of camaraderie creates a strong sense of belonging and ensures that no one feels isolated or overwhelmed. I have turned down many options because it feels right to be part of Zota!
