Zowie teaches you how to work very very hard. Its a very valuable lesson when setting up your own business. But a fatal for your work-life balance. Pros... you work on real life problems and issues. bleeding edge. as bleeding as it could be. You start using agentic tools week after they were released, so ~6-9 months before other companies allow using them. You will not be rewarded for the chase other than in experience, but its a kind of lesson few companies can give. So shortly. Work super hard. Get paid normal. Get fired. Use your exp to get real cash from someone else. This company is a leverage, nothing else.
Cons
Lots of people commented about inefficient management who cannot take criticism. I've had months when I worked 12-14 hours a day. Every day asked whether I could do more, cause it was a 'hot time' for the company. the 'hot time' lasted 2 years. I've had 2 ocasions, when my leaders praised my work. Once to praise themselves on a global presentation. But you are sure to be criticised. a lot. By a smart people who make it think its your fault. I wouldnt call it bullying... cause I am too weak to defend this stance.
