Pros

You can survive if you are good at flattery.

Cons

Zoxima is a company where whatever Babuji says becomes the rule the next day. For example, if he say that starting from today, the lunch break will only be 30 minutes instead of 1 hour. This rule will be implemented immediately, and no one can oppose it. Furthermore, they create policies that primarily benefit themselves. Last year, they introduced a policy stating that 25% of every employee's salary would be held as a retention bonus, to be given after completing one year. However, after the one-year mark, they introduced another policy stating that the retention bonus would only be given after the first quarter of the following year. This means you have to wait an additional three months. The intention behind these policies is to prevent employees from leaving the organization, as doing so would result in a significant financial loss for them.
