Pros

The culture used to be cool until they started laying everyone off because lack of funding and investors backing out The credits each quarter to spend on the site Gym subsidy Stocked kitchen

Cons

CEO has good ideas but zero execution. He just keeps selling new investors on his ideas to keep the company afloat Management is a joke. First time CEO. First time VP of Sales. First time Co-founder/head of whatever department it is that quarter... the list goes on Always changing commission structure to make sales people less money Copied Groupon as the experience and activity provider and couldn't compete so went in 10 other directions... no clear focus The list goes on and on. But most of the positive reviews are fake and done by management. A few of us former employees have actually decided to voice the truth and help those who may be swayed by the lies and promises This company has no future

Pros

Free food, drinks, bike share program, cool location, dogs allowed in the office, stipend to experience zozi activities, nice colleagues.

Cons

I find it interesting that someone recently pointed out the company culture here regarding that lack of women in leadership roles. Current employees notice this, but don't ever mention it in fear of losing their job. I can say as a female that I do not plan on staying here long term for this reason. The current management in place will not carry the company forward as long as they continue hiring the same narrow-minded people with lack of leadership skills. Office is not really kept up and is messy, and not because there's a remodel people here are just sloppy, mainly in the private offices. Unrealistic benchmarks and goals set for account executives aka phone monkeys.

Pros

Free credits to buy gear or activities Free snacks and drinks Can literally work a few hours a day and get by Worked with a lot of great people

Cons

Have to agree with a lot of the recent reviews on here Communication is severely lacking, add a terrible product and you have a team who lacks trust, commitment and will not take their job seriously (half the team is interviewing during work) No clear direction for the company, you can see this in the company meetings, all over the place Most of the employee perks on the company website do not exist - the main floor is not always abuzz, no beers are cracked open to toast the weeks end unless you are on the gear team, getting out there activities are a joke or do not happen, cornhole and shuffleboard haven't been used in months and are covered in dirt/dust, can keep going on but you get the picture SaaS product is very basic, without 3 previously sold accounts to generate month over month sales there would be no sales This company is all talk, bad reviews from a year ago are still applicable I would run away, and run fast if you want your career to keep progressing
