Nice enough people, good clients on the PR side.

Cons

Low pay, agency seems to be struggling financially. The partners definitely over promise to clients on what can be delivered. They just talk to secure the account and then dump the work on the lower employees and are never involved.

- Cool clients - Flexible working environments - Decent benefits

Cons

- Incredibly disorganized company. - No resources available in terms of industry tools; the company did not use Slack or Teams and would text you on your personal phone # to contact you. - Poor communication all around. - Very bad onboarding process; virtually no training before thrown into accounts. - Oversell capabilities to clients.
