      Pros

      good infrastructure, good looking office, cameras are fixed on recruiters head which is good to monitor recruiters working status.

      Cons

      every recruiter should get equal treatment. hot requirements can be shared with every one so that every one will get same benefits. person centric business - has to come out and work as team. management gives extra importance to only few people which is not good. others also has capacity, give them chance.

      Good organization to work Good culture Managers and leads are really cooperative Less work pressure Healthy work environment Good incentives are offered

      Cons

      No big cons as such Need to focus on compliance like PF and graduty ect. Organization has to provide other additional facilities to their employees.

      Nice infrastructure, good recruiters, nice office staff. very nice place to learn but not good place to grow

      Cons

      Management need to be more professional and has to come out from family business view. Treat your recruiter as a asset. Very limited chance of growth. You will start as recruiter and will end as a recruiter only. Manager is also doing recruiter and recruiter also doing the same job. Salary stacture need to grow.
