      - CTO Luis E. is a Joke. Ex-GE, EX-Grab, soon to be Ex-ZP. - Reorg is like a circus, full of Clowns in the Leadership team. - Zero change management from leaders or HRs. Zero communication. CEO says great things for media cover, CTO does another with his puppets. - HR doesn't exist.

      Great company ruined by new CTO

      Amazing colleagues that will help you in your journey. Decent pay.

      Cons

      No direction and company is in a rapid downfall under new egoistic CTO. His technical knowledge is zero but good enough to fool the management with few words he picked on the way. Then human management is beyond zero. Do not have calibre to even be a lower level manager.
