Hires fast and fires even faster

Pros

The engineering team and product is world-class.

Cons

The company hires fast and fires even faster(literally in 10 min via backdoor). Firing like this has become the norm here. They keep hiring the wrong people and then let them go without a shred of humanity. The HR and culture department is a joke, filled with some of the most egotistical and hypocritical people you could possibly encounter. The so-called ‘culture’ team exists just to rant, feed their egos, and spread toxicity. All the good reviews you see are the result of constant canvassing. If you have any other option, take it! This company can seriously affect your mental health in ways you never imagined. Not worth it!

Total crap

Pros

Literally nothing, the HRs are the most culprit of the entire org. Promise something during the interview and change every bit of it after joining.

Cons

Well, currently the customer success is changed to onboarding success as part of streamlining the onboarding process. That's literally how crap the org and the leadership is.

Zuper provides the opportunity to wear multiple hats, taking on diverse tasks that is a catalyst for personal skillset expansion and proactively engaging with cross-functional teams. Recognizing and rewarding such efforts is integral and Human Resources makes sure to do this efficiently, by looking at the best interest of the employees and fostering a culture of continuous learning that is aligned with the dynamic trajectory of the organization. While we may not entirely align on certain suggestions, if you're open to it we'd welcome further discussion on the specific points you raised to better understand your perspective. Thank you.

Pros

all pros turned to cons because of the change of leadership in marketing team

Cons

New entries to the leadership marketing team spoiled the growth of the team and they started firing people for no reason. The guys were not allowed to stand for themselves during this procedure. The management also kept their mouth closed and they talk about work culture, work life balance which is zero there. Anyone loking to consider joining zuper, don't join this company it will ruin your career.
