      Pros

      Working at Zurixx has been an amazing experience. Everything from the culture, the people who work here, the management style and unbelievable perks we get has made coming to work each day fun!

      Cons

      The building is super new so there is construction going on above our office which can be distracting at times.

      Pros

      Beautiful office, covered parking, onsite gym, weekly yoga and meditation classes during work hours, fully loaded breakroom with drinks and snacks, massage chairs, pool table and arcade by the breakroom, kid-friendly environment, spa benefits, ongoing education development and catered lunches every other week. Stellar company parties and galas. The CEO is genuine and I appreciate how candid he is. I always know where we stand as a company and what our goals are. Great fellow co-workers who feel like (or are better than) your own family. Fairly consistent workload where you know exactly what is expected in your role.

      Cons

      Sometimes a kid-friendly environment can be loud and chaotic. The work is fairly routine, which could be a con if you enjoy a vast variety of work, though you’ll still have a large variety of responsibilities.

      Great Company. Culture is amazing, Quality people from the top down. Tremendous growth opportunity. Can't say enough great things about this organization.

      Cons

      Absolutely none. The only thing that I can think about that might not be a positive is my commute from home to the office.
