      Very poorly run and lacking in transparency.

      Pros

      Good location, good snacks, part of a coworking space. Some of the more junior people are fun to be with. Sexy industry title, even if product doesn't match the hype.

      Cons

      CEO is very hard to work with. CEO hides basic business insights from the team and there was constant mistrust of our message. Are these really our customers? Is this really what the product is capable of? Too much smoke and mirrors, some of it for the benefit of investors who appeared to be largely uninformed on the market and throwing money at a lot of buzzwords. Company is half run from India, so there are a lot of cultural disconnects. If you value straight forward decision making, accountability and stability at the top, think hard before you join here. Company is also run by a husband wife team, which is uncomfortable and it often felt people's priorities and employment ran on a whim of who liked who that week. Long story short, company was an MBA project that caught some funding. Still feels a lot like that, very little tactical and on the ground action and a lot of meetings and gartner chasing.

      Well, this certainly does not sound like the Zylotech that the rest of us know and love. Just to clarify a few points here: While working for last 2+ Years here, we have an amazing roduct & growth story that we are all proud of and so are our clients. We have built an award-winning product, with amazing traction, and incredible customer success with public references. The culture is very transparent and non-political with lots of opportunities to learn and grow. It's a great combination of letting you do your own thing while always being willing to help. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. In my opinion, the employee culture is the reason for our success The leadership at at the company is extremely sound. (The founders are not related) The CEO/co-founder is a widely known expert in the field, and has been a great mentor for many folks on the Zylotech team. This has been recently validated with investment from top VC firms in the AI space Overall, I love working at Zylotech. The combination of people, product, customers and culture is the best I've experienced!

      There are no Pros about this company.

      Cons

      Cons 1. Business is run by family members 2. This company is not run by strategies but by pure politics 3. No benefits for employees 4. They call it a product company but there is no product 5. Salary is on 10th 6. Dont take any feedback from employees.they put lot of stress on employees. 7. Fire employees at their will 8. No employee stayed here for more than 6 months 9. High bossism everytime 10. Stupid policies

      We are extremely sorry to hear this. Certainly not the narrative of the same company we know and love. Integrity and work ethics are the building block of any company. A lot of us with these two basic yet vital qualities while building the company and culture here. We really enjoy the freedom, learning, growth and self-organizing independence we get here, while the key leadership is still located in the US.

      All positive reviews were do at same time. Ceo - owner is a complete moron. He does nothing but spend VCs money. By far the worst person I’ve ever worked for.
