CEO is very hard to work with. CEO hides basic business insights from the team and there was constant mistrust of our message. Are these really our customers? Is this really what the product is capable of? Too much smoke and mirrors, some of it for the benefit of investors who appeared to be largely uninformed on the market and throwing money at a lot of buzzwords.
Company is half run from India, so there are a lot of cultural disconnects. If you value straight forward decision making, accountability and stability at the top, think hard before you join here.
Company is also run by a husband wife team, which is uncomfortable and it often felt people's priorities and employment ran on a whim of who liked who that week.
Long story short, company was an MBA project that caught some funding. Still feels a lot like that, very little tactical and on the ground action and a lot of meetings and gartner chasing.
