There are no pros I can think of other than gaining working extremely independently
Cons
Extremely toxic work culture where presentations are often interrupted by arguments between the CSO and others. Poor communication between and from leadership with no clear prioritization of projects or tasks. Firing of individuals and having their potential replacements interview on-site same day. Micromanagement from the top down.
