1- They hired you, but within a month they asked you to put paper from your end. 2- Micromanagement going on 3- Don't join in sales or marketing department your job is not secure. 4- Here people are having big big job title in LinkedIn but actual they are not doing any work 5- Few people are only working for comfort zone and free chai and snacks 6- most important no job security
