      This company really has no idea about the direction they want to go. Meetings are a jumbled mess with nothing concrete being set in place, I'm constantly confused about the state of this company and honestly my coworkers are really unpleasant as well if I'm being honest. Leadership is insanely toxic, it's difficult to express ideas when they have their own traditional and un-innovative mindsets in place already. NOBODY EVER GETS PROMOTED HERE. I wouldn't recommend working here, I'm just doing my job while applying for better opportunities on the side.

      This is not a review for Zype, this is likely a review for a company called GetZype (which is confusing). We have no Madrid office, no Madrid employees, and no one with this job title here.

      Pathetic culture and CEO

      There are no best reason to work here.. The culture here is so bad.

      The manner in which CEO talks being into such a good leadership level is so pathetic. He does not know how to talk to people in joint calls and even they use abusive words. They is no work culture people stay in office till 10. In terms of work culture and respect they don't respect an individual . There is no personal space and they also calls in odd times and even hold salary of employees in between the month. They don't deliver any training sessions and even the team is not at all supportive.

      This review is NOT for Zype, the video API company. It is clearly for a different company that has roles like "City Head" and has offices. Glassdoor provides no way to flag this content; any attempt to flag the content for human review results in an immediate denial response.
