Of course nothing is perfect, but I am honest when I say that there are no real cons in any way for me.
I used to work at two very established companies where the managers made you feel incompetent, pay was ridiculous for the bay area, and the task list a one-person team had to take on was unrealistic -- so coming to Zyper where your job feels balanced and you can leave at a decent hour, managers support you, you have resources to help you do your job, and the people are amazing, I am only filled with gratitude. I can't complain.
